December 19, 2003:
Happy holidays, y'all. It's winter on the Cote d'Azur and I'm going underground for a while. I'll be back in early 2004 with a new treasure chest o' booty. Until then, be good...and support your local arts scene.

November 3, 2003:
Just added three works to the Woodpile. These new pieces were done specifically for the Fresh Produce show at Anno Domini in San Jose (opening reception December 5). Some of my heroes and heroines, including Souther Salazar, Saelee Oh, Ezra Li Eismont, MARS, David Choe, and Paul Urich will be part of the show, as well. All works in the show are priced under $150, so there's no excuse for all you with your fancy California salaries to not drain the gallery. :-)

October 14, 2003:
Greetings, yo. Just added a piece that I submitted to the upcoming Sense of Place show at the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art. The show examines "...changing conceptions of place, borders, and nationalism on a global scale since September 11, 2001...and the subsequent conflicts in the Near and Middle East." My piece is entitled Bowling for Baghdad. Other titles in consideration were: Building a Better Baghdad; The 51st State; San Baghdad, Texas. Ack.

I'll have five works on display at the New Fall Expression show at Melting Point Gallery (1340 Bryant St.) in San Fran. It takes place at 9pm on October 25. I'll post the Web site promotional URL when it's complete. It should be good fun. Check it out.

Last, but so not least, very soon to be added will be a page for custom-designed, hand-pulled silkscreen T's. You pick the design, the shirt, the inks, and I'll pull it for you. 10-4.

June 5, 2003:
Uploaded a new painting today. It's entitled "A Portrait of the Young Man as a Media Prophylactic." It was inspired by my bud, Erik, and our mutual disapproval with the way the Media works in America. He also served as the model for this piece (sans pistolet, bien sur). Yeah, note: this is no endorsement of guns. I hate guns.

May 5, 2003:
I just added an 'Upcoming Events' page to the site because, well, I have some upcoming events. Said info has been appropriately added to the information section. As an incentive, I'm offering $1 (US tender) to everyone that shows up at one or more of the listed shows and says he/she learned of the event via this site. This will go a long way toward packing the galleries with art goers.

April 25, 2003:
Greetings, kids. Okay, I finished "July 4, Year of the X-tra Meaty Coalition Burger" and just uploaded a final image. I also uploaded the first 'in progress' image of my latest 'in-progress' work. Much love, all.

April 14, 2003:
Today I uploaded a piece that is about 97.36% complete. It's pretty sweet. You can find it in the gallery in the 'most recent' section. I'm also in the process of confirming some gallery shows for this summer. I'll add the details when all is confirmed.
Hey, here's an idea: send me your mailing address and I'll send you any postcards and announcements I make for upcoming shows. Indeed, fondly yours,
