A quick background on the Brasil shots: A few friends and I decided we wanted to spend some extended time together, getting back to what matters,
trying to create something that matters. We rented a pousada in a small village on an island off the coast of Salvador for six months. And from
that small hotel (named O Bigode, or The Mustache) we worked on various projects - opening the restaurant, running the bar/nightclub,
painting murals, making films, making music, making clothing, etc. In addition to our individual projects and goals, we worked collectively to create
a welcoming space to be enjoyed by our new family and friends. Then long-time friends and soon-to-be friends came from all over the world to help
make the Brasil Project a truly amazing journey.
